famous3D is a proprietary system developed by its parent company Blaze International Limited. It contains technology for compressing facial motion and audio to a low bandwidth, for managing the character head models needed for facial animation, and for controlling the look, feel and interaction.
The famous3D streaming protocol is specifically designed to operate at a high frame rate over minimal bandwidth connections, so that famous3D faces can be viewed by practically anybody on the Internet (anyone with a 28.8K baud modem or better).
The Production Pipeline...
The first step is getting a head model. Using famous3DMeNow (available as an add-on - allows you to create a head models from 2 photos quickly and simply), or by selecting a head from the head library, this can be done.
Head models can be animated using various sources. You can simply type in some text and the audio and motion will be automatically generated. Using Audio3D you can use your own audio and have the motion created and synced with the audio file too.
Once you the user have created content using Producer Demo, you can insert this animation into a website and have those animations streamed to visitors of that website. This is simple to do with the code generator that is included in Producer Demo.
To stream famous3D content you are normally required to have famous3D server software installed (and a famous3D Server License). However, we realize you probably aren't prepared to go to this length to evaluate famous3D Producer so we offer a centralized and easy to use streaming service for users of Producer. Users can simply upload their animations and head models to the service from within this tool. Please be aware however, that famous3D reserves the right to remove content from this server at any time and all files will automatically removed if they haven't been updated within 21 days.
Evaluating famous3D Producer Demo...
famous3D is happy for a user to evaluate the quality and flexibility of the tool prior to purchasing Producer Demo. However, the demo version has limitations imposed on it that prevent the user from exporting content to the web. The demo allows a user to select a head from a library of pre-clustered heads and animate them using text or audio and other mark up language.
